The 58th General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 13th May 2025, at 3:00 p.m.. Voting is only permitted with a valid deposit certificate; one shareholder is entitled to vote per securities account.

For questions or in case of changes in share ownership, please inform us so we can update the address database.

Tax Value of the Shares

The tax value of the LGP share as of December 31, 2024, is CHF 1,410.00 per share.

Conversion of Shares

As of November 1, 2024, the conversion of physical share certificates will no longer be possible due to legal requirements.

All certificates submitted after October 31, 2024, will be considered void for the holder. This means that affected shareholders will irrevocably lose all rights associated with these shares – such as voting rights and dividend entitlements.

Based on the provisions and deadlines of the "Federal Act on the Implementation of Recommendations of the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes", unregistered shares will become void as of November 1, 2024. The voided shares will be replaced by treasury shares, over which the company may freely dispose.

The Board of Directors regularly discusses the further use of the company's own shares.

Shareholders were informed of these regulations in previous years by letter (where addresses were known), via the company website, at the General Meeting, and through multiple publications in official gazettes and the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce (SHAB).
